When The Ivory Tusk opened, it was our mission to provide a superior indian dining experience by offering dishes which were more focussed on rich flavours than hot spices, set against the contemporary background of a modern restaurant.
The use of only natural colouring in our cuisine, and paying particular attention to detail in our hospitality, are foremost in our minds at the Ivory Tusk.
